This document is an excerpt from Water Quality Monitoring Guide and Monitoring Plan Beaver Lake, Ware, MA published by long time lake resident Keith Davies in May 2006. Keith has been instrumental in developing the water quality monitoring program for the lake. It contains sections on The Land, The Water, Humans, Lake Facts/Limnology, and Water Quality Trends at Beaver Lake (circa 2006). Lots of very interesting information about Beaver Lake and the area. Recorded on August 26, 1968 by Beaver Lake, Inc. (BLI), Protective Covenant 17 was added which authorized Beaver Lake Club Corporation (BLCC) to enforce the Protective Covenants and Restrictions. It also included: "The lake and lake shore area privileges conferred by Clause One of the protective covenants and restrictions may be exercised only by those lot owners who are members in good standing of Beaver Lake Club Corporation".

Consent Agreement to Extend Protective Covenants at Beaver Lake

Beaver Lake's Protective Covenants must be renewed every twenty years in order to stay in effect. The last renewal was on October 2, 2014. This document describes the Consent Agreement that needed to be approved by property owners who represent more than fifty percent of the land in the restricted area to extend the Protective Covenants for another twenty years.

On October 2, 2014, the Protective Covenants were successfully extended for another 20 years. This document shows the Self Certify vote undertaken by the BLCC Board of Directors to approve the extension. The next renewal will need to occur by October 2, 2034.
